Thierry Constantin owns a cellar and a tasting room in the village of Pont-de-la-Morge, a stone’s throw away from Sion. He holds vineyards totalling seven hectares, with the great majority in the municipalities of Sion and Vétroz.
Thierry is no less demanding in the care of his vines than he is in the choice of his plots. He strives at all times for strict control over his yields, believing this to be the surest path to a quality wine. In the cellar, he matures his wines with wise deference to both typical varietal character and the quest for structure, the goal always being complex wines that leave a distinctive impression.
