Wine Museum-Salgesch/Salquenen: permanent exhibition, learn everything about the world of vines and wine in Valais.
Wine Museum-Sierre: our temporary exhibitions space and documentation centre.
1 educational Vineyards Trail, 6 kilometres long, that runs between the two museum spaces
The idea is to allow you to explore the world of vines and wine under the open skies, in the heart of Valais, walking along a stretch that bridges the two language areas.
Events, activities and publications
The Wine Museum offers a number of activities throughout the year. It hosts temporary exhibitions and organizes guided visits in French, German and English. It organizes hikes with themes, family days and works closely with schools.
The past linked to vineyards and wine production still holds many mysteries, the reason behind the scientific research carried out by the Wine Museum team. These ethnological and historic studies lead on a regular basis to conferences and publications.

from Wednesday to Friday 14:00-18:00; Saturday and Sunday 11:00-18:00
