Cave de Goubing, located in the “Cité du Soleil” area of Sierre, which is ideally placed in the heart of the Valais vineyards. The winery was founded in 1974 by Michel Jacquod, winegrower-winemaker. The “Domaine Jacquod”, with an area of 3.5 ha, was operated by Michel since its founding. Since 1999, his son Oliver, who finished his studies in winegrowing and winemaking, works on the family-run domain.
