The Wine Route wanders through the vineyards of Valais, from Martigny to Loèche. It includes three trails :

  – The walking path is 60 km of hiking trail, above the river, at 450-800 metres in altitude. It receives more than 2,000 hours of sunlight a year, making it possible to walk and stay dry almost year-round.

 – The cycling path is 83 km long and is part of the Swiss cycling path system.

 – The trail for road vehicles was designed specially to allow buses easy access. The trails are all well sign-posted.
